It's Dr. Annie Andrews, mom, pediatrician, and Democrat running for U.S. Senate. Lindsey Graham just stood on stage and bragged about "killing all the right people."

Who exactly are the "right people," Lindsey?

As a pediatrician, I've spent my entire career saving lives, fighting to keep kids healthy, and advocating for families who can't afford basic care.
